Overview of ZXQ (ZSQ) Pneumatic Cut off Valve
The ZXQ (ZSQ) pneumatic diaphragm (piston) cut-off valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, S-shaped fluid channel, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and easy disassembly and assembly.
The cut-off valve receives signals from the regulating instrument to cut off, open or change the flow direction of the medium, achieving automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature or liquid level. Widely used in automatic and remote control systems for production processes in various industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, light industry, textile, etc.
This series of products comes in two types: film type and piston type. There are three types of valve body structures: single seat, sleeve, and double seat (two position three-way). The sealing forms include packing sealing and corrugated pipe sealing. The nominal pressure rating of the product is PN10, 16, 40, and 64; The nominal caliber range is DN20-200mm. Suitable for fluid temperatures ranging from -60 ℃ to 450 ℃. The leakage level is IV or VI. The traffic characteristic is fast opening.
Characteristics of ZXQ (ZSQ) Pneumatic Cut off Valve
﹡The cut-off valve adopts a multi spring actuator and is connected to the regulating mechanism with three columns, which can reduce the overall height by about 30% and the weight by about 30%.
﹡The valve body is designed according to the principles of fluid mechanics as a low flow resistance channel with equal cross-section, increasing the rated flow coefficient by 30%.
﹡There are two types of sealing parts for valve internals: tight type and soft type. The tight type is made of hard alloy welding, while the soft type is made of soft material and has excellent sealing performance when closed.
﹡The balanced valve internals increase the allowable pressure difference of the shut-off valve.
﹡The bellows seal forms a complete seal for the moving valve stem, blocking the possibility of medium leakage.
﹡Piston type actuator, with high operating force and large pressure difference.

1) The performance indicators of this product comply with the GB/T4213-92 standard;
2) If the allowable pressure difference in the table is greater than the nominal pressure, the nominal pressure value shall be taken, and if it is less than or equal to the nominal pressure value, it shall remain unchanged;
3) The allowed values in the table are for using standard cylinder values. Different cylinders can be used to increase the allowable pressure difference.
